I reccomend the Dippity-do mousse. It’s a Canadian brand, but is cheap too. That mousse moisturize and clump your hair naturally.

I couldn’t agree more! I have fine, low density curls and I use the NYM curl refresher foam too. It keeps my hair defined, without weighing it down… But also makes it look 3x thicker because of the volume isn’t being compromised for hold/definition.

Your hair is beautiful and looks so healthy. I can confirm that the Refreshing Curl Talk foam really is amazing and all you will need for refresh days. It defines waves/curls, gives a lot of volume, has a lovely fresh, clean scent, is not at all sticky and actually makes your hair feel soft and moisturised, not dry. I love it! I've heard a lot of good stuff about their curl cream and am wanting to try that for wash days.

My refresh routine is similar! I have a continuous mister and add a generous amount of gel (I use eco gel) to water until it is ‘slippery’ feeling and thicker in the bottle but still sprayable. I usually refresh in morning and at night. Scrunch away and my curls pop again!

I do this method! Wet hair out the shower, mousse, scrunch with microfibre towel, put in a bonnet until dry. I've never had smoother curls than when i do this method. (2b curls + coarse texture)

The Not Your Mothers curl cream is awesome for wash days (or when your hair is completely wet). Apply, scrunch, and go! Let it air dry.

Oh! Dollar tree also has (please forgive me for this) a curl refresher spray. $1.25 and it’s literally for my hair the best spray I’ve ever used. I can’t get it often because everyone buys it up and I can’t go there often but it’s freaking amazing. I don’t remember the name though 😫 but it’s hard to miss! They only have like…one. Or a few 😂
