The one thing that stood out from my first drive was just how quiet it is on the road. it's significantly quieter than the old one in terms of road noise with standard summer tires

looks like a car that rich parents buy their children for their first car but check literally nothing on options list 💩

I test drove the new GLC recently. I showed up in my F-Pace SVR, and my dad showed up in his (much cheaper than GLC) GV70. The sales guy who had actually sold me my C63 a few years ago just told us something along the lines of “you’re probably not going to be impressed…it has nowhere near the fit and finish of your dad’s GV and it’s pretty slow”. He was right…we were both dumbfounded with the comparatively poor ride and cheap finishes on the interior with a sticker price of almost $90k which was closer in price to my SVR than dad’s Genesis. Yikes.

I think I saw Jakob get nervous for a moment there during that pass around the corner, around 2:12. Keep him on his toes Yuri. 😂😂😂

The same spec GLC 300 here in EU, Baltics, costs almost 90000 Euros. For less I can get the new Lexus RX500h with technology pack+panoramic roof and winter tyres bundled. The price on mercs here is insane.

Still think the original GLC300 from 2017 had the best tailights 😍😍

I have owned a 2016, 2017, 2018, and currently drive the 2019 MB GLC 300; no complaints with any of them. I am so excited to pick up the 2024 GLC AMG.

I understand it's the prices these days but my mind is still blown on $74k for a GLC 😱

Cool and fairplay for you guys to shoutout Andrea from Motormouth. I watch both channels. I like normal, boring, utility-based cars.

I hate when what appears to be a stand alone option or package suddenly requires additional packages for that one thing. Seriously. Why do they do that.

You can get vented seats in both and the C and GLC. However it usually requires real leather seats and other options.

Shout out to Andrea and Zack at Motormouth. My other two favorite north of the border auto reviewers👌💯🙏

Great review as always. Grabbed the 2023 GLC 43 AMG since it was a 6 cylinder and had no "E" function. Also, the interior is not as pleasing in this new model, the massive phablet is just off putting. Mercedes needs to stick to its roots for as long as possible.

I would rather go with X3 or Acura RDX instead of this piece

I got the GLC220d late November, I can now say that it is 10 times better than the W253 GLC in the way id handles, feels and overall build quality!

I own a BMW 230i and Mercedes GLC and me and the wife agree that BMW ID8 is better than the Mercedes MBUX2. Also as far as the Mercedes hybrid system you don’t really notice the additional power but what is highly noticeable is how the hybrid system smooths out the shift points and keeps pushing the car in between shifts. I own a GLE before getting the GLC and it is remarkable how much better the GLC drivers over the GLE wonky soft suspension. The GLC is far more composed and it is more noticeable around corners and under acceleration. The GLC is on the downside in terms of space, it feels noticeably smaller than the GLE and is likely even a tad bit smaller than the GLB! I do like the GLC but I wish the boot was a bit larger, at least a few more inches.
The main selling point for me is the drive, the powertrain is great. I bet the GLE will benefit from adopting a similar hybrid powertrain. The hybrid system is damn well integrated and is implemented in a way that improves the driving experience first and saves fuel second.

I think that GLC 220d will be most popular version in EU.
