well, I am a existential nihilist and I believe morality is simply the agreed upon standards of any given society or culture at that time. What was moral 500 years ago in say China, may not be moral today in say, Switzerland.

As a Kantian, I believe that morality has its roots in reason and emotion. No, morality does not exist in the physical world but it exists inside us. We have a need, naturally, to be moral beings.

Kind of funny if you think about it ... The LAW is not morale or immoral.
You can find laws that are actually imorale and therefore it is illegal to be moral in that situation
