Sometimes negative self talk is truly needed as so many of us live in this lie that are lives are just okay. As such we take the same unproductive actions each day producing the same results. Then after years we have the greater disappointment that we under achieved in life.

I haven’t found anything more powerful than compassion and self compassion practices specifically. Unfortunately I do not know the name of the book I’m working from.
