Crafting with Tetsubo: Post-Apocalyptic Spiked Flail

Great work, really like it, i have made a similar mace once years ago but from steel.

The end pics gave me an idea for a cool weapon, if you use a bat with a straight section on it but kept the chain mace exactly how it is you could add a 6 inch steel pipe or whatever size to one end and could connect the ends back together with the chain inside the pipe and have the pipe held with a removable pin then you could have a spiked bat by then removing the pin it would turn into a chain mace.

does that makes sense, if not i'll email you a pic.
