Hi Natalie, I use a similar editing process as the one you use. It goes from big picture down to tiny details. For the "first pass" edit, the phrase "write with a gatling gun, and edit with a broad ax" comes to mind. With each succeeding edit, the weaponry metaphor becomes more refined and less messy. :) Cheers, Webb
