Oh my gosh! YUMMO!! You have the best freeze drying videos on YouTube. That really looks delicious. I would definitely want to keep the cheese thicker. Why not dunk your tater tots into super hot water like you do your egg rolls that you freeze dry? You do it for a couple seconds then pull them out and let them sit while you're rehydrating your chili? I will have to freeze dry some tater tots now. 😋
