Truly an iconic but sadly underrated actor. He was highly talented, funny, charismatic, and beautiful.

I cried when I saw "Love Story" for the first time when I was thirteen years old. I still cry when I see it. After a turbulent life. he's finally getting some peace.

I swear, he was the greatest actor i have ever seen. His characters gave me inspiration, and his acting was superior. I am tremendously gutted we lost him. 😢

Ryan O'Neal was not a perfect person by any means.
But anyone who can find ways to become more honest and loving person in the second half of life, is someone worth knowing.
He did do that and it is a lesson for us all.
My condolences to his loved ones and many fans around the world.

Another one of the idols of my youth is gone. An accomplished actor. May he be at peace, now.

Barry Lydon is a great film and maybe the most underrated Kubrick film. I was born after Love Story but I watched it a few years ago and I actually liked the film. It was the film that saved Paramount Studios....according to Robert Evans. P.s. What's Up Doc is a great film of his too.

I thought Paper Moon was his best and that Tatum was a natural. Together they made magic. So sad that it didn't carry over into their private lives and relationship.

He was great. A lot of people seemed to despise him especially two of his own children… But the Ryan I “knew” was entertaining, charming as all hell, handsome, and hilarious. The one I’m worried about now is his poor son Redmond 😞💔. He’s got a lot of problems and now he’s lost both parents he’s pretty much on his own. I pray for him.
