Toast version of Dubai Chocolate with RotiBoy / Roti’O / PappaRoti style

📝 Recipe

Chocolate Batter Topping:
60g • Butter
60g • Powdered Sugar
1 Egg
50-100g • Milk / Dark Chocolate Compound
70g • Flour

Homemade Kataifi:
100g • All Purpose Flour
75g • Corn starch
1 tbsp • Olive Oil
1 tsp • Sugar
½ tsp • Salt
220ml • Water
Butter to fry Kataifi’s batter

Homemade Pistachio:
100g • Pistachio Nuts
30g • Olive Oil
Punch of Sea Salt
~blend everything in food processor

• Chocolate Compound
- melt the chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute

• Chocolate Batter Topping
- prepare a mixing bowl
- put butter and powdered sugar then mix with whisker until soft
- crack open 1 egg then mix again
- put melted chocolate then mix again
- pour flour then mix again until everything is fully mixed into a soft mixture

• Pipping Bag; Chocolate Batter
- prepare a pipping bag
- transfer the chocolate batter into pipping bag then tie the pipping bag

• Bread Filling
- prepare 2 slices of beard
- spread pistachio kataifi on each breads
- cover with the other slice of beard
- cut bread in half into triangle shape

• Bread & Chocolate Batter
- put the bread with filling on a baking tray
- pipe the chocolate batter onto the bread until the top of the bread is fully covered

• Oven; Bread
- Preheat the oven to 170°C
- Bake the bread using the top heat element at 170°C for 15-20 minutes
