Live Music Behind Yin Yoga Class | Acoustic Sound Healing Music

We were fortunate to play gentle music whilst Amy Light led a Yin Yoga class at Yoga Flow Adelaide in August 2018.

Such a beautiful way to spend the afternoon playing music behind a yoga class.

The room was dimmed to create an ambient atmosphere & participants were led through a series of yin postures, sustained by the soothing sounds of vocals & guitar by Jyotishakti & Vidya.

Very nice guitar and vocal. About to do this for a Christ based Yoga and wellness workshop. Tough to do all classes solo and keep it fresh. Going to try some Ambient Electric guitar, bass and acoustic in different tunings.
