I am excited that I can use coconut cream and make it non-dairy with the Ice Cream function. I have 2 of the Ninja foodie duo machines which i love, but I am going to buy this for more functions. I love smoothie bowls - will keep my duo to use for those times when I don't have frozen pints in the freezer. I am excited about this machine. Is this a new release? Is there an upgrade being made? Don't want to buy it today and then it gets upgraded in 6 months. Your videos are very informative. I've seen a couple of others, but I like your's the best.

I'm wondering if You used the Whole Thai Kitchen Coconut Cream can contents or maybe just the White Full-Fat part minus any Coconut Water? I thought the water would make the Ice Cream results more like a Sorbet or Italian Ice consistency. Plus the Strawberries have water in them too.

For a version much healthier than coconut cream, replace with a block of silken tofu ... tasty protein ice cream.
