How to Apply for Kids Interview Wavier for U.S Visa

Children under the age of 14 can qualify to receive their visas through the Interview Waiver Program as long as at least one parent meets the following requirements:

One or both parents are renewing their visas through the Interview Waiver Program:
Pay the visa fee for each applicant (including all children).

Submit a completed DS-160 application for each child under 14 along with the parents’ applications.
Submit each child’s original birth certificate, which will be returned along with the passport once the visa is issued.

This is old, the system won’t do that and the child won’t be the visa unless the parent has a visa.

Hey, just to confirm once I fill the DS form it will automatically be detected in the system that the child is under age then hence not give me the interview option right?

What if the parent giving the permission (the one qothout the visa) doesnt have a passport and the name on theor ID is spelt wrong will they turn down the child

My sister and my nephew planning to visit USA. My nephew is 10 years old, so does he need to attend visa appointment? If so do I need to make his cgi account and make and appointment?
