When AI truly solves chess there will be 20 variations in total. 16 possible pawn openings and 4 knight. Because if both sides does the optimal move then all games come down to the first piece moved. And probably all of them will end with a draw. That AI would play every move optimal for both black and white and all games would end with the same exact pattern. Optimal ♟️ chess.

Only a omnipotent AI could predict exactly what is optimal and those 20 games would make no sense whatsoever.
