did you manage to fix the issue of the game slowing down a bit when the gpu usage goes down

Excuse me, do you think that with an i7 4790 you can run the games at a minimum until 2028, let it not happen that they do not open by instructions or anything like that, since I believe that from the 4th to the 10th generation the instructions are the same from 11 there are changes, what do you think?
