I am in the process of updating/remaking E5 using new/updated parts for Inventor 2014. The mechanics of the parts and assembly are identical, I just dressed them up a bit for the 21st century. (The old parts date back to the 90's. I hope to have the 2014 video up soon.

To download E6. After you got to Google drive and you receive the error message go to the top left of the screen and click on File, then find download and select it. It should now download to your download directory where is can be opened.

I was mistaken. The bracket shown in the video is actually called 'sheet metal bracket' in the exercise files -- sorry for the error.

Hello. Great videos. I just came across them this morning. I'm beginning to draw some boat hulls in Inventor, and was searching YouTube when I saw your videos. In your exercise 8 (E8), you reference a book and show excerpts from it. What book is it and where can I get it?

Well....after all that, it still turns out that the parts don't match the E5 video after all....lol. The sheet metal bracket, as well as the yolks don't look like the video at all.

Oh well -- Back to my original post.

These videos are too good so I'm not giving up on this. Hope to hear back soon

Hello Tom,
I downloaded all of your training material. Impressive. They're well presented and easy to follow.
I did however find that (in your E5 INVENTOR 2013 video) you reference a 'bracket' that is to be found in a parts library at vertanux1(dot)com. Upon inspection, the files made available for Inventor don't match the parts shown in the video. Also, the link to Parts for Exercise 6 produces a Google error. Can you update the site or send me the parts for E5+E6?
