Girl, same about the Spanish speaking to your child. I have a daughter too, she’s 1. I’m first generation too and my parents didn’t really speak Spanish around me growing up. A lot I picked up from tv, music and school! I would love for my

Thanks for sharing a little bit about yourself with us! At the end of the day, you do what you want with your body. I just want to say you have a natural beauty that makes you look young (you do not look 28!) and sometimes doing Botox and other things early can mess with what your body does well already. I’d say wait it out a few more years and see if you still want it; you can always do it later but can’t go back. Thanks for sharing your mental health journey too. As far as your concern about your hormones, look into foods that will help balance them out. Depression meds really do a number on your body. I have learned that healing your gut will help a lot with your mood. Also, look into good quality supplements.
