Companies reluctant to use E-Verify

E-Verify is mandatory for federal job applicants, but at a local level it's harder to implement.

Employers shouldn't use it, they will be sued several times, Congress has to fix the illegal immigration issue, this is a clear and coward way of handling the issue.
