Link wants a new shield but doesn't have enough rupees!

What!? I actually finished a video!? Impossible! Here's a goofy little short I finally finished after starting and scrapping about 5 much more ambitious projects. I'm gonna try and enter that Dota short film contest, so I'll be seeing you guys again real soon!

Thanks to all the wonderful people who ported all those Zelda models! I have to say they weren't too animation-friendly but they were still fun to work with!

He's perfectly fine with robbing multiple businesses of their rupees, yet he doesn't even try to steal the shield.

In all my years of watching this, I'll never get over the fact that in order to get a shield, Link had to smash a large assortment of pots, dig up graves, steal and sell three ancient relics, assassinate some living owl statue. Yet in order for Link to get a sword, he just had to pick one out of a large assortment of them from a jar for free.

I painfully went through each frame (before he brought them all to the store) and counted each rupee link ended up paying around 5, 965 rupees in game it cost 80 rupees so link got scammed out of 5, 885 rupees

I counted every single rupee Link collected in this video. 725.
EDIT:
I RECOUNTED. FRAME BY FRAME. I didn't include rupees that were shown twice in a single scenario (the rupees dropped on link after the bomb game) but the new count is 895 rupees!
