It is so cool you talk at a level that people that are serious students but not advanced learn things. Seems like upper A2 to lower B2 type discussions. It is amazing you layered that skill, and use cognates when Julia might say a word that has a cognate substitute. I admire how you do this, and it helps my Russian a lot.

I really like this type of video, It helps me with ear training and I can understand whole conversation with subtitles. I just put playspeed at .75 and it works great for me.

очень интересно 😮. Я из Испании, но живу в Германии и я могу написать о своем опыте в этих двух странах:
И в Испании, и в Германии вы можете получить медицинское обслуживание "бесплатно" (за счет налогов), но часто частные клиники лучше или дают вам больше времени.
Правда, иногда встречаются и хорошие врачи "бесплатно" 😊. Так что ситуация похожа на российскую, я думаю.
Я рада, что у нас есть возможность бесплатно или дешево лечиться, я думаю, что в США ситуация со здравоохранением очень сложная 🤔 (Я слышала об этом от друзей)

Very interesting. Big waiting time problems in GB and Spain also, but the doctors aren't as offhand/surly. In GB you pay NI (National Insurance) contributions automatically out of wages. Here in Spain I'm self-employed as an English teacher (90% online these days, which saves in travelling time which I never thought to charge for) . As an 'autónomo' I have to pay 300€ a month even if I earn very little (e.g. August! everyone's on holiday, including me)) BUT that is effectively my health insurance + pension contributions. As in all these countries, you'd be wise to have private health and pension if you can afford it. Unfortunately, I can't spare a bean. And I still daren't answer you in Russian, but these chats are very helpful for listening practise. Spasibo eez ispanii

В Саратовских поликлиниках тоже такие изменения к лучшему такие же. Сенсорные экраны, и все такое. Но онлайн-анализы не присылают. Однако, врачи, в целом, вежливы и добродушны. И, в общем, очереди все равно остаются. Ну чтобы очереди исчезли, надо чтобы количество врачей увеличилось... Ну или чтобы пациентов меньше стало))
