I went back and watched season 3 after seeing this video. I think the glowing eyes make all of these scenes so much better! I wish that the animators added this concept to show that Sailor Moon is really coming into her own and that she is learning how to unlock her true potential as the future Neo Queen Serenity. Excellent work!

I keep coming back to this video for my fanfic inspiration when I need help writing fight scenes. This is still single handedly the best music video of sailor moon being truly kick ass.

i love this! i always loved the manga's thematic dichotomy of usagi as the messiah of life and hotaru as the harbinger of death, and it always disappointed me that the anime kind of abandoned this idea and made the whole messiah thing insanely unclear. either way, i think your video did such a cool job of representing that concept, and i love it!
