Two longtime Boston community gardeners discuss some of their favorite
plants to grow. Nasreen will talk about Asian Bottle Gourd (Lau)
and Daikon (Radish/Mula), describing plant history, sowing and
growing tips, health benefits, seed collection process, as well
as cooking recipes and tips. Elnora will walk through the
process of starting sweet potato slips from tubers you can get
at a farmers market or grocery store. This workshop recording is part of the Trustees Boston Community Gardens' 45th Annual Gardeners' Gathering event.
