This looks like a great introduction to kids for bag builders. It doesn't have much in common with the original Talisman.

You can't move from the Runes to the Hidden Valley. You have to follow the road.

For the bag, I stopped at the Chessex booth and got 1$ "defective" dice bags that were softer and still big enough for plenty of tokens. I agree that the Sack-cloth bags are terrible!

Thanks, Colin! Looks like a nice, light family game. Do you have to follow the brown path when you move? The Prophetess traveled between the Runes and Hidden Valley, but they don't look like they are "connected". Or, maybe that's just used for setup?
