I’m glad you mentioned having a history of counting calories so you have a general idea when eating. I’m counting calories right now to lose weight and I hate watching a video telling me not to because I EAT TOO MUCH.

Tip for the PB2: add some Monkfruit (or sugar alternative of choice) to the pb2. Makes it soooo much butter and taste more like regular peanut butter. 😊

If you add a tad of salt and like a sugar replacment (I use monk fruit, you obviously can use normal sugar as well, lol) within the powdered peanut butter, it tastes almost identical!!! ❤🔥😊

disordered eating content is becoming way too common & normalized. you flaunted body check photos clearly showing visible bone & promoted calorie counting. this is very not okay & anyone who tells me “it’s not that serious” truly, genuinely needs to seek help.

A lot of these videos are just eating disorder videos in disguise. Watching a lot of other fitness influencers who actually practice self-love and guilt free eating, actually healing their relationship with food, I recognize this.

If you want a treat just eat a treat and practice moderation which is actually healing your relationship with food. Not this garbage were you feel guilty because you're not eating this gimmicky "low calorie" option.

Add a little stevia to the pb2 powder and use almond milk instead of water it’s good! The PBPure is even better because there’s no sugar at all, pb2 has 1g of sugar.

This diet seems more fit for someone who exercises too, this is the first vid i’ve come across of yours and i don’t know much, but from just this it seems like you have a better relationship with food mentally but not necessarily physically.

From visuals, it looks like you could allow yourself a little more calories a day, or capitalize on the energy and good feels the food gives you and work out ! You’ve already done the first step, and physical activity boosts mood even more.

I have found if you want the pb2 to be a little better you can add some milk or plant milk to it instead of water for a little more creaminess💯
