It again depends on the attitude of the tester. If you are able to make them understand the importance of quality and delivering the best experience to customers in the form of the best working software, they will also appreciate your work and contribute more. In my company I have established this. My dev team also does dev testing (not talking about unit test cases) to ensure no obvious bug is there in the build. It is all a matter of communication and focusing on final goal.

I've been in Software Testing for 35 years now. What you have to explain to the Developers is that this is not an adversarial relationship. It is a partnership. Testing is here to help you produce an application that will satisfy the needs of the customer/end-user, and do so in a productive way.
We both have important jobs to perform, and we are in the same boat, so learn to row together or keep spinning in circles going nowhere fast.

Being tester I can relate that.. when I raise multiple bugs at a time mera developer muzse baat karna band kar deta hai like a angry wife 😅😂

In my organizations developers also had the same mentality but i changed that, now they interact with us more and more and now they say find as much as bug and let's deliver this project successfully 😃

Its upto your work. If you are asking quality question i dont think developer will hate you, because even while developing developer ask question around requirment. For bugs if they hate you then you cant do anything you need up and running server to do job no there love.
