I’ve owned one for five months, 765 miles so far, great E scooter, very fun to ride, few issues I can report tho, they are :- most bolts/nuts are extremely factory tight which is great for safety but not for adjustments/repairs, the back suspension is solid which may have led to 2 unnecessary inner tube changes, the rear mud guard light has a fingernail size gap (which I’ve now taped over) which let water in causing two bulbs to stay on which I managed to dry out but to have a gap there (exactly where water will land) is a silly design flaw and the twist part that locks the handles in place often come slightly loose when riding. Aside from those problems it’s been great to have and there’s been times I’ve been surprised by its positives, when caught out in the pouring rain for example, I’m just hoping that here in the uk the changes they’re planning don’t involve more expense and over the top restrictions.

Do they have a serial number somewhere on a chassis?
Thing is - in my country people can register bicycles (both regular and electric) and scooters to police by serial number, if there is one, as an anti-theft feature (all repair shops get informed in case scooter gets stolen and shows up somewhere later).
Found them - one on the underside of th eplatform and motor number on the motor itself.

Hi there. Thanks for the video. I do seem to have a problem though. Trying to lift the front end into place, I've retracted the bolt, pushed the lever down and although the front moves forwards, I can't seem to make it go all the way and lock into place. Looking at the video, it seems you just force it. I've tried that but still no joy. Any ideas? Thanks.

How can you get back the rubber/plastic from the handle bar (lower part)? Mine was stuck (couldn't raise it up) and I took the two screws on top out and removed it but now I can't get it back in... What can I do? Any video of be awesome! 🙏🏻

5:39 - the one issue I have with it so far is this clamp - it's just a bit lose, thus seat feels not firmly fixed, and the nut is not easy to access to tighten this clamp.
P.S. Thing is, I'm handicapped, thus I specifically chose a scooter with a seat. So far it's fine, made around 500km in a couple of months (30km commute to work and back (15+15km)). Got in a heavy rain once. A few issues were: a decorative nut on front axis is quite loose - fell off once, while scooter was in the boot of my car. And once had to take off and clean front brake - an extremely small stone got into it between disk and brake pad, making annoying noise.
P.P.S. Update late February of 2024. Yesterday encountered another issue - braking light on the rear fender was not well enough waterproofed, mud and water got in and short-circuited the light, which caused my scooter to stop moving at all for a couple of minutes. Then it came back to life, but lights behaved weirdly - front light was sort of on ("sort of" because it was a bit dimmer than usual), despite not being turned on, and side braking lights were flicking. Besides front light turned off, when I pressed brakes. And it smelled of burnt wires, which was scary. Almost right away got it to a workshop, they will fix it and apply silica for insulation of this weak spot.
