As a huge Half-Life fan im glad they completed this remake, Black Mesa still have little few issues and bugs, but anyway I higly recommend it to everyone who likes FPS.

The new Xen really captured the sense of wonder for me when I was a child. I would just let my imagination run wild when I got to the Xen part of the original game. So glad they were able to translate that to the remake!

It’s been a couple years since the full game was released, I loved how crowbar collective improved the first half of xen making that Black Mesa actually explored it with crates, scaffolding and even a Portable lab, once you finished gonarchs lair you can’t see anymore BM survey equipment, showing that you are in uncharted territory, I love this game and the Half Life series

2020 Black Mesa is one of the best games I've ever played. It is truly amazing.

The stargate style teleportation effect in Black Mesa is so beautiful, as well as trippy enough to make it feel like an advanced, confusing technology

Interloper reminded me a lot of the Citadel at the end of Half Life 2 where you had to climb to the top, I absolutely loved it. 11/10

Xen is so good it doesn’t even feel like a DLC (in a sense), it felt like a whole triple A title! Black mesa is by far the best gaming experience i’ve ever had in my life.
