The rear ski mount (triangle) should probably be closer to the toe and taller by about 8-12 inches as to allow the ski to swing up into the frame instead of resting on drive sprocket tube. And, try springs attached to the skis to pull the toes up. That will keep the skis from swinging backwards in case you get a little, or a lot of air. Also you should think about some kind of braking system (besides your feet).

Great job, i would weld a rod behind fork onto square tubing, so that the front ski cannot flip forward.

A good tip before you cut any threaded rod is to place nuts (2) near ends of both cut ends... then use the nuts & some good thread cutting oil as a DIE to re-thread the rod after cuts

you must live back east where there is packed snow. This looks somewhat risky in anything but groomed packed slopes. You do not appear to have enough ski surface area on your contraption for powder or non groomed slopes.
