@ MsTruitt1, WHY did you say a grand jury usually consists of 12 members? I've heard anywhere from 16-25 jurors.

OK, much of this is BS... and the same control my the courts or executive branch of government in violation of U.S. v Williams, and Justice Scalia's opinion that the public (you and me) have access to the Grand Jury. How about we get back to A, B, C, 1, 2, 3???
