its wrong, you give the link, which has any .exe (only zip with many .txt and so on) . And You install the numpy directly from .exe... unusable

I never managed to install opencv on anaconda or python 3, (DLL load fail not a win32 app) tried all methods copied cv2 file downloaded whl for 64 bit, nothing.. it works only on python 2.7 for me

just go to cmd then locate your python installation folder then scripts then type:



pip install opencv-contrib-python

It seems like I installed it properly, and I can import Numpy without a problem. But when I try to import cv2 I get this message "RuntimeError: module compiled against API version 9 but this version of Numpy is 7

ImportError: Numpy.core.mulrtiarray failed to import".
Could you help me please?

the numpy part is not the same. Your like provided is different from the demo

as in ur video u are installing the numpy from.exe but u have given the link is zip of numpy
