How to Install Python, OpenCV and Numpy Libraries and Importing these libraries in Python!

So, Hello Friends! In this Video I'm going to show you how to install the Numpy and OpenCV packages/libraries and importing it with out any traceback error. its wrong, you give the link, which has any .exe (only zip with many .txt and so on) . And You install the numpy directly from .exe... unusable

I never managed to install opencv on anaconda or python 3, (DLL load fail not a win32 app) tried all methods copied cv2 file downloaded whl for 64 bit, nothing.. it works only on python 2.7 for me

just go to cmd then locate your python installation folder then scripts then type:



pip install opencv-contrib-python

It seems like I installed it properly, and I can import Numpy without a problem. But when I try to import cv2 I get this message "RuntimeError: module compiled against API version 9 but this version of Numpy is 7
