MSA 300!
A joy powerful saw I have one over one year and half, however kind like a Mustang GT with gas tank in the reserve. The AP500 S battery fail way short for this saw. Myself I have 4 AP500 S batteries and even with 4 if I don't have a power outlet and the charger AL500 on from the start always run out of battery.
Battery technology is not up to the saw for professional use.
Mine come with 16" Light 04 bar then I change for the 18" light 04 and no problem at all.
I also have the 161T and the MSA220C in the safety button design the one on the MSA300 is the one I least prefer.

Have you heard of a recall on the 300?

The recall was clutch and chain break on the MSA300. We just bought one new and they didn't know about it but did say something was recalled.
