The Last Byte Memory Manager and the HT12 chipset (Part 1)

The first part is about installing The Last Byte Memory Manager (TLB v2.52).
In the video, we will see how the installation program looks like
and what options we have (to set).
(Un)surprisingly, auto-detection will crash the machine at 3:30 minutes
(it will also falsly detect the 286 running at 7.75Mhz instead of 16MHz).
After this rough start, we will run the install program with the chipset specified:
INSTALL HT12
For comparison, there's also a text file called HT12.TXT on the floppy.
(We use it for reference only, though, since we want to install the helper drivers, too.)
