A plane in $\mathbb{R} ^3$ meets the coordinate axes at points $A,B$ and $C$ respectively. If the centroid of the triangle $\Delta ABC$ is the point $\left( 1,\frac{1}{2}, -\frac{1}{3} \right) $ , then find the equation of the plane.
