eHealth CF-CBT

eHealth CF-CBT is the first therapist-guided internet-delivered Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)-based intervention for adults with Cystic Fibrosis (CF). The eHealth CF-CBT program will enable adults with CF to flexibly engage in an evidence-based, CF-specific mental health intervention, which is critically important given the burden of care and barriers to access for individuals with CF.
