I'm in a secret longevity competition with Bryan Johnson! I'm a few years older (disadvantage) but I'm a woman (advantage). I prefer an animal-based diet with some nuts and veg, and the only supplement I take is an inexpensive generic multivitamin. The one thing I believe is a huge mistake on Bryan's part, more so even than the repetitive, almost exclusively plant-based diet, is blending most of his food into smoothies and mush. Chewing is necessary to maintain the bones of the skull. I'm looking forward to seeing how we each are in 10 years.

Nothing wrong with Johnson, people routinely say that they would spend anything to get more time their dead parent, kid, spouse. My only complaint is that it costs so much to do in the first place and not the fact that he's giving it a shot. He seems to value his life more than most billionaires.
