Socratica Presents SMART MONEY
Many people are embarrassed that they aren't great with money. We believe it's never to late to learn! We're all about Lifelong Learning here at Socratica, and we are here to help you increase your Financial Literacy.
The theme of SMART MONEY is making informed choices.
In this video, we discuss setting FINANCIAL GOALS. You may be surprised that the most important thing is to make your goals YOUR goals, not the goals other people think you should have. By making your financial goals personal, you give them much greater power.
We discuss ways to break down your financial goals to make them more achievable, starting with picking reasonable goals, right from the start. It's also important to be aware of the different timeframes for different financial goals. Some may be short term, within the year. Or you may be focusing on something much farther off, like retirement. This will influence how you approach this challenge.
