I FELT THE EXACT SAME WAY with Then She Was Gone! It was a great read but so dark and disturbing and I couldnt shake the heaviness it made me feel. I ended up rating it 5⭐️ because I feel like it was a very well thought out thriller and Lisa jewels writing is so good. Even though it had dark twists that make me feel really uncomfortable… I’ll never forget that book.
