Casualties reported : Baramulla terror attack leaves one porter and four soldiers injured

Terrorists attacked an army convoy in the Boota Pathri area of Baramulla district in Jammu and Kashmir in the late evening of Oct 24. A civilian porter was killed and four soldiers were injured in the attack on the Army vehicle. Earlier today, a blast occurred inside court premises in Baramulla injuring 1 in the area. Following the incident, a brief firefight took place between Indian Army and terrorists in the in Baramulla’s Butapathri. CM Omar Abdullah and leaders across party lines condemned the attack and called for befitting reply to the terrorists. On October 20, a doctor and six construction workers were killed when terrorists attacked a construction site in the Ganderbal district.
