Wife of Man Killed at Donald Trump Rally Returns to Site

Helen Comperatore says she is filled with dread as she prepares to return to the location of the worst day of her life. On July 13 the Comperatore family attended Donald Trump's rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. Her husband Cory was later shot dead by a sniper's bullet meant for Trump. Cory will be honored at Trump's rally in Butler. Inside Edition's Ann Mercogliano has more.

I’m not a political person. I do like watching Inside Edition however.

I don’t leave comments often either. However, I am so disgusted by this comment section that I feel inclined to.

This woman lost her husband who actively supported a presidential candidate at a rally. She’s going back because that’s what her husband would have wanted.

I expected to be greeted with condolences and sympathy for this woman in the comments, instead to be shown disgusting comments from people who dislike trump. Regardless of political party, we cannot be acting like this. This is a sad situation.

I would never go back to a place that calls me such grief and such trauma! I don't think her husband would want her to do that. Her husband should have listened to her.
