im only a top 75 gc (which i think is pretty good considering i started s9) so i cant say for certain what that justin was doing on the diamond rank but i think what happened is (in my personal experience) gcs tend to be more accustomed to champ and gc playstyle respectively, and with the diamonds more hardcore focused on defense, it leaves justin with a bad position.

So Mogz I just played sideswipe recently and I had what I call "THE GREAT FALL" and I went from platinum 5 to platinum 3 it was one of the worst great fall I've ever had.

For me it is clear why Diamonds were way harder to compete with than Champs for Justin. He couldn't expect D's moves I guess, while C's already mastered their gamesense and other stuff. But being C4 at peak myself i can say for sure that i have a really big lack of mechanical skills, also you could notice that for C's in the video. And all I can do is compensate this deficiency with my brain - reading opponents, predicting moves and so on.
