how i'd explain it:

5*5=25 and 5*6=30
tip:add a 0 to the number in the left side calculation
250+30=280

6*5=30 and 6*6=36
tip:same here
300+36=336

after getting 280 and 336, add a 0 to the left side number (280)

2800+336=3136
