Definitely agree, the best 2 cards in the set IMO are the houndoom AR and mewtwo SIR and both are a darker, more real art. The goofy and cartoonish art is fun but they should be the minority and the dark, ominous realism should be the go-to, on the art cards.

Just not a fan of how cartoony the s/irs are, especially the goofiness of the trainers. I expected a little more grittyness for the dark pokemon. The common art actually look better in my opinion.

These booster boxes are £180 or more in the U.K. I know they’re high even buying / importing but it’s now a price point where it’s cheaper to buy air and buy English product. That’s if I can manage to get my hands on Destined Rivals when it releases next month. Great video, appreciate it to get to see some cards from the set.

With this set, I think I learned I'm a lil more into art style rather than the actual pokemon on the cards. DR might be my fav set of SV era personally

Not a set I'm absolutely hyped up about. I'll probably just pick up the singles I like the most, especially considering that sealed product is going to be near impossible for me to find at retail price.🙄 All I really want to open is Prismatic, but obviously that set doesn't exist for me.

Also, I always find it funny seeing people struggling to open Japanese packs and having to resort to the scissor. Like....do you nerds have no grip strength?!😂 I rip right from the back!
