Creamy Broccoli Salad Recipe - loaded with broccoli, apples, craisins, and pecans and tossed in a creamy lemon dressing. A must-try broccoli salad!

Ingredients for Broccoli Salad Recipe:
►2 medium broccoli heads (stems included)
►1 large carrot, grated
►1 apple, cored and finely chopped
►¼ medium red onion (1/4 cup), thinly sliced
►½ cup pecans or walnuts, toasted
►½ cup raisins or raisins

Ingredients for Creamy Lemon Dressing:
►½ cup mayo
►½ cup sour cream
►2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
►½ Tbsp sugar, or add to taste
►¼ tsp sea salt
►Pinch of black pepper

I don't subscribe to cooking channels, nor do I post recipes on my FB page. You're the first! And I tried this recipe today in our record breaking EU heatwave. What a refreshing and tasty salad!
I've made a few changes though: deleting the onion and pepper, and adding shredded iceberg lettuce and a dried raisin/cranberry mix instead of just cranberry. Yummy

WOW. Another winner. I made this for a braai last night and everyone loved it. My lodger does not like mayo so I used all sour cream in the dressing and I didn't add cranberries. (Could not find any). Next I want to try the lemon and poppy seed cake.
