BJP leader and Calcutta High Court Advocate, Koustav Bagchi has filed a petition in the court seeking a CBI probe in the death of trainee doctor at RG Kar Hospital. The incident has sparked all-India outrage with government doctors in Delhi, Lucknow, Trivandrum, Chennai, Kolkata, Patna, Chandigarh and several other cities, going on strike.
