Decriminalise Regulate and Legalise cannabis ! generating 2 - 3 Billion in tax coffers each year ! (Clearing the deficit in 7 to 12 years on it's own !) without mentioning the billions in new businesses generated, the rejuvenation of the high street saving the NHS Billions ! the increased productivity due to people's better mental health, and the Billions NOT going to criminals, as well as people going to prisons that have no space for non crime drug incidents
