Crazy that this came out. I was just looking into plastic eating mycelium. Imagine what this could do for us...I mean we already have mushroom coffin. Meat and leather..!! This is great!

Gardein makes delicious mushroom based “fish” and “chicken”. The fish is mild with a crispy crust and the chicken is tender and chickeny. You would never think there was mushroom in their products.

Mushrooms taste a whole lot better than soy or other meat substitutes. But my aunt thinks they’re bad for you because they grow in the dark.

His ideas were shared on the new series Star Trek Discovery as well. I think what he’s doing is great and deserves more looking into.

One of the things that they failed to mention so far and I'm only 2 minutes and 19 seconds into it is the fact that if you raise cattle with their natural food source which is grasses not hay not alfalfa not corn they produce less contaminants into the air.

Love this man ♥️ His company, Fungi Perfecti, makes wonderful mushroom-based supplements that support the brain, immune system, etc if anyone’s interested in trying a little mushroom magic 🍄✨
