Why is everyone freaking out? Black people are allowed to question the black community. White people are allowed to question the white community. Latinos, Asians, Middle Eastern people, indigenous people, etc can question their own communities! There's no reason to try and say this was written by a white person. Maybe these people just wanted to point these things out. My friends are all POC, mostly black and Indian, and we talk about things like this all the time. We need to stop stigmatizing conversations about race.
