BU Law Viewfinder: Pledge of Allegiance

In a case -- Doe v. Acton-Boxborough Regional School District -- currently in front of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, a family from Acton has challenged the use of the phrase "under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance on the grounds that it is discriminatory. We asked BU Law students for their views on the matter.
