Here is some information I've gathered about Exodia Contagion.

TESTED STATS:

Base damage is shared between the Zaw and Exodia
Critical damage is shared between the Zaw and Exodia
Condition Overload is NOT shared.
Blood Rush is NOT shared.
Covert Lethality's intant-kills is NOT shared. Covert Lethality's damage increase is shared.
Healing Return is NOT shared.
Melee Combo does NOT benefit Exodia.
Elemental and Damage mods DO affect Exodia damage.
Channeling does NOT benefit Exodia.
Exodia can headshot.
Exodia's damage AoE has falloff and deals self damage.
Exodia can proc Viral/Impact as well as any modded element to enemies.
Exodia can proc status on self (bar Radiation) if caught in the AoE.
Exodia flight speed is affected by Attack Speed.
WARFRAME INTERACTIONS

Not affected by Limbo's Stasis.
Volt's Speed increases travel speed.
Does NOT work with Mirage's Hall of Mirrors.
Does NOT work with Ivara's Navigator.
Does NOT regenerate energy from Saryn's Toxic Lash + Spore synergy.
UNTESTED STATS:

Base critical chance is unknown. Whether critcal chance is shared between Zaw and Exodia is unknown.
The case above is same with status chance.
It is unknown if Critical Chance/Status Chance mods affect Exodia Critical/Status.
BUGS:

Exodia can trigger during Exalted melee abilities, will likely get patched.
Occasionally, Exodia projectile effect doesn't despawn.
Able to hit enemies from inside the Rift.
