Flutter relies on a programming language called Dart. Which is very much a combination of Java and Javascript, as a matter of fact if you know either of the languages you can very well begin plus For flutter most important things to cover first :-
1) arrows functions
2) constructor, inheritance
3)variable length keywords arguments
Rest of the learning can only be achieved by doing projects start with simple ui and then move to animations . You must have clear concept of stateless and stateful as well as routing. There is no fast way for learning flutter. You can try to find the most efficient way but only time and continuous work with flutter can only make you a good app developer.
