Gary Michuta Apocrypha Apocalypse is a good channel to watch about the apocrypha. I have the KJV cameo with apocrypha from Cambridge. Also excellent KJV with apocrypha. Important we have a complete Bible in these end times amen.

Hey dude, I'm totally with you on this one, this is a great option for KJV readers and orthodox as it includes the apocrypha. As far as I've seen there aren't too many options except from the Cameo with pretty old looking text which isn't the best to read.

I was pleasantly surprised by the inclusion of 3 Maccabees.

Three I use for my kids given that the OSB is an absolute mess (it is not a LXX but a MT/LXX hybrid). that you could look at are: the Lexham English Septuagint, the Eastern Orthodox Bible, and the World English Bible.

The third is the only modern translation from a Byzantine text (it differs in several places from the ecclesiastical text but is still very close) that includes all the books I know of outside the OSB. Unfortunately, it's primarily an online Bible with the in print versions leaving something to be desired (glued binding, small print, etc.).

Do you know of any Bibles that include NT references to all the books of the OT (like how Jesus quotes Sirach in Mat 6)?

Got my new copy today and one of the ribbons fell out. I guess i will just hlue it hack in somehow, because I really like the bible, as an Orthodox Christian, but think about how it would feel to just get it then a frikken ribbon just falls out. 😮

So I received this Bible and I'm thinking that the Apocrypha section is NOT the KJV version. For example, 2 Esdras 16:65 in the online KJV says "And when your sins are brought forth, ye shall be ashamed before men, and your own sins shall be your accusers in that day."

However, in this Bible it says "And when your sins are brought forth, ye shall be ashamed before men; and it shall be righteousness that shall stand and accuse you in that day."

Totally different. The online KJV has the biblical concept correct. I'm not sure what other translation this can be because I'm not too familiar with the Apocrypha. Was wondering your thoughts
